I am also in the same problem,but when i was searching faq's. I found the following answer. As per below answer if university does not accept to send directly we can obtain sealed envelope from them ( from address as university address and seal back side ) seems. IQAS also accepting the documents from applicants . But it take aprox 15 weeks as per in website.
