Can I apply to German universities with transcripts up to the 7th?
Yes you can do that since your transcripts will only cover scores till the 7th semester. Once you get an admit the university will ask you to submit the remaining documents after your graduation. You can confirm this by speaking directly to the admission cell on the university.
