Yes, you can courier your sealed transcripts received at home address from different universities as one package to WES. My husband completed his UG/PG degrees from two different institutions (AMU & IIM-L). At his request, both sent him his sealed official transcript to home address. He put both envelopes, along with a clear copy of both his degrees, in a bigger envelope. And mailed it to WES. Just take care to write down WES correspondence number on all the three envelopes as well as on both copies of your degrees.
