Due to the increase of fraudulent activity, WES came up with this rule recently. Although, if you have created your WES ref number before Nov 30th, 2018, this rule might not impact you. Majority of our Indian universities have agreed to ship to WES for an additional fee, but few have denied to do it as well. You may contact us to check if your university ships to WES or not.
