Do Canadian universities need all my semester's transcripts while?
When you apply to any Canadian educational institution, they need and ECA from international student. For ECA, you need transcripts from all semesters. If you are a domestic student, still you will need the transcripts and degree/diploma certificate minus the ECA. Hope that clarifies
