Does WBUT send transcripts to WES?
The rules for WES has changed recently from this month December 2018. So yes, it is going to be a new concept for most of the universities. The better way to handle this is call up to your universitiy administration department.Firstly, inform them about the recent rule, and check with them how they are going to proceed with the upcoming requests. Later , in case if they don't say an answer just make sure you get ready with all the documents get them evaluated and signed along with the envelopes talk to the WES support team inform them about the current situation (if might not work as they are strict about all these) but they may suggest you with any alternative s hopefully.
