Person name Anil looking for transcripts and other similar stuff behaving rudely as well as firstly they said in 20 days it will be delivered then they will come up with 20 working days and then none of the staff member knows that the status of your courier and transcripts. They will only say, let me check, its under process, we will let you know soon, we are working on it. They dont know even whether they receive your courier or not. LOL Should be organized.
