How can I get my transcripts from Utkal University?
It's a general practice, after declaration of the results and in due course of time, the COE, UTKAL, use to send all the transcripts of the pass out students to their respective colleges / Departments. So, first go to the dept or college, what ever the case of your, and ask for the same. They could directly hand over it to you if it is with them. Unfortunately, if you are too late and case is very old, and your transcripts may have been returned back to the University, then you can ask their about the procedure to get your transcripts from University , no doubt they will respond you good as one of the alumni and hope the things will end at University admin, Vanivihar.
