Here are the simple steps to get the educational transcripts from GJUS&T, Hisar. Please feel free to add/correct me here and share tour own experience: Make a photocopy of each of your Final Degree Certificate, Provisional Degree Certificate(PDC) and all Semester Mark sheets. Prepare two or three sets if you want spare copies for future usage. Make sure you copy the documents from both sides. There is a fee of rupees 200 for each set of transcripts that you order. Call at 1662-263140( Results Branch) to get details on how you can make the payment. Now a days, the assessing authorities in Canada demand that the transcripts be sent directly from the university rather than mailing yourself. Therefore, make sure you provide all the relevant details to the university department. Courier fee for a speed post service is approx 1500 INR and much less for normal courier. Prefer the priority post service here. If you have anyone living nearby the campus or a friend residing in university hostel, it would really expedite the process if they can hand over the fee and documents in person for you.
