Get form from university Gate. Fill form and attach phocopy of all DMC's and degree ( photocopy on legal paper is required and not A4.) Phtocopy of degree is also required. Must. Keep original passport and one photocopy along . Submit fees for transcripts i.e. 500 per document + 1200 postal fees for Sending to WES. You need to apply for degree also. Fees can be submitted near university gate or bank at gol market. Fill details of fees slip onto form. Staple all documents and go to admin block 1st floor. Transcript section. They will check passport and documents. Supredent will sign. Go to registration section in same building ground floor. They will verify records filled in form with university records. Check list of your college and counter number outside room. Go to respective counter only. Supredent will sign. Go back to transcript room on first floor and finally submit form. They will dispatch after 15 days.
