How do I get university sealed transcripts from the University of?

Recently my Status at Wes Canada site got approved. So will brief you about how I got it done. Wes requires your statement of marks and degree attested, sealed and signed from mu. They require the same directly from the University in a sealed envelope which is stamped and signed across the back flap as per the new notice effective from Dec '18. So basically I had send my transcripts, marksheets photocopies and degree certificates. Transcripts you can apply from your respective college which would be charged as per the college. I applied for 2 sets. After you get the transcripts go to the church gate office next to sydneham college. Reach their before 1pm. I suggest one to go their before 11am reason being the line their would be longer and one has to wait for their turn to come. Fill up the form and keep one set of transcripts, marksheets and degree certificate which is to be sent in one envelope. Also they would be checking your original marksheets for verification. Plus they require one set of transcripts for their use. So keep a copy of transcript extra. This can be a photocopy. After this process visit the University after few days to collect the documents. University does not send the docs directly. They will handover the docs in an envelope which is also not sealed. The envelope is signed and stamped though across the back flap and their address is also written on the backside. After you receive the envelope paste the flap carefully so that the stamp and signature are properly aligned. Go to a nearby international courier. I would recommend going in churchgate area only. Or one could also call the DHL helpline and request for collection of the parcel from the University. Importantly the sending party in the couriers book should be University of Mumbai and not anyone's name. That's it. It would then take about 2 weeks to reach the Wes office. Further, the Wes will take about a months time to evaluate your credentials.
