Some of the accreditated credential evaluation organizations like, World Education Services (WES) have recently modified the procedure to submit the official transcripts for getting it evaluated. At present, the official transcripts need to be sent directly by the concerned university (not by the candidates) to the office of the accreditated credential evaluation agencies.
