How do I send my transcripts to WES if my university won't mail it?
Hello, Everyone University will not send the transcript directly to WES. They will send to your local address, then you have to reach the nearest post office of the university (Within the premises). Send that transcript from the university post office. Sharing my experience here. I received transcript by post from University. Then I sent to WES from local area post office. When my package reached at WES then they commented as below. Reason: WES received your mark sheets, but they were not sent directly from your board/council as required by WES. Instructions: Please ask the board/council to issue and attest your board/council mark sheets and to send to WES in a sealed envelope that is signed or stamped across the back flap by the appropriate official. So please ignore the quora blogs if it is saying that you can send it from any post office. Send it from University post office only.
