How does IGNOU send transcripts to WES Canada?
Its rare for universities to send your transcripts. Believe me they might never ship.. You can send the sealed transcripts you receive from university yourself. I did. Stay blessed!! edit: i got sealed envelopes from my university. They were missing the degree copy which i just included a photocopy, put everything in a bigger envelope and mailed from university campus postoffice. It worked fine!
