How long does it take for the transcripts to reach a university in?
When I applied (2007), DHL/Others I've seen reach in 3-5 working days (7, was the max/worst case I saw). I had used India Post's Speed Post service which was pretty a 5-7 day duration. I had one packet reach in 5 days (UIC, if my memory serves me right)
