Hi. please be informed that your percentage is your percentage what you have achieved already. Its done. It has nothing to do with WES. WES is only going to evaluate your degree with the of the respective countrys where you are planning to apply. They will only provide you the equivalency of your Indian education in comparison to the other one and tell you whether your Bachelor/Masters is equivalent to their Bachelors/Masters or somewhat less. For eg- A bachelor degree from DU is generally recognised by WES in comparison to Canada as a 4 year bachelors degree. whereas Masters from IP university is recognised as a 1 year or 2 year PGDM and not Masters.
