I have four year old transcripts issued by Colleges of Gujarat?
I cant answer specifically for your school but any other university I have dealt with will gladly issue transcripts without you appearing in person. Simply call the Registrars Office and ask what the procedure is. Will they accept a credit card or do they require a money order/bank draft; will they mail the transcripts directly to your new school or will they send them to you (and if they do the latter will they be in a sealed envelope or not); and all that good stuff.
