If you're in the USA, you should be able to get a transfer sheet that shows what courses you took at the previous institution as well as what you took at the graduating institution from the graduating institution. MOST OF THE TIME that satisfies, but some requests require it to come on the issuing institution's letterhead, etc. Find out by asking. It never hurts to have both.
