It depends on the college. The colleges are generally LOOKING for a way to cull down the number of applicants so I would say if the school is pretty competitive you are probably out because late means no evaluation. But other than the top 50100 schools you may be ok if: Send a letter apologizing for the delay. Check that they did arrive Plead for forgiveness good luck. Also if you truly are a stellar student tell them way the transcripts are late. Communicate.
