If I am applying to more than one university through WES, do I need?
No . WES takes in one sealed official transcript and evaluates your marks and converts it to USA based grading system. That converted report, in turn, is sent to other universities which you wish to send to. Although they take extra money for posting to each institution, they need only one transcript.
