If we are applying for ten universities for MS in the US, do we need?
It is needed to have 10 but it may not be needed also. Some universities will ask you to upload soft copy first and once the results are released, then they will ask you to post the actual transcript copy. Whereas some universities will request you to directly mail through post /courier in the first place while filling the application. But I have applied for 2 Universities in US and both didnt request for hard copy till I complete my application. One US university requested for hardcopy post result
