If you transferred to a university from a college and want to switch?
No usually, the transcript would have to be obtained officially from the one university to the one youth which youre switching. Just showing them a piece of paper / document is not usually enough, since so much can be altered in the process. The receiving university isnt just going to take your word they want documented facts.
