Do you have any experience? (internships/research/significant leadership positions in clubs) You can try to leverage your experiences to get in. To be honest though, I think you have a good chance. PolySci and IR are usually money generators for the school, they'll usually accept anyone that applies. Rethink those fields before entering them, the job prospects aren't strong
