Is it possible to send courier to WES myself?
No, you cannot send the courier to WES yourself since the rules have changed. However, government Indian universities do not have the facility to forward the documents themselves. For my Pune University documents, I collected the sealed documents from Pune University and posted them from a post office physically located inside the Pune University campus. In case, there is no post office located inside your university, ask your university from where do they usually post/courier domestic letters (they would usually use a post office near the campus). You must make sure that you use the same post office/courier service used by your university. Then you must physically go to that location and post it yourself. ASK YOUR UNIVERSITY FROM WHERE THEY WOULD POST/COURIER. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR DOCUMENTS FROM A DIFFERENT PLACE OR A DIFFERENT POST OFFICE LOCATION. Please make sure that the University address is in the from address and not your address. In short, the sealed envelopes given by the university should be sent by itself.
