In the US, it is not up to the university to track your applications process and "report" your grades. You are required, however, to have official transcripts of all your undergraduate work sent to the graduate admissions office. If you were a transfer student as an undergrad, you must send all transcripts from all schools, even if the degree-conferring school transcript shows the transferred credits. These transcripts well verify the completion of your undergrad requirements and the resulting degree, which is required for admission to grad school.
