Is there any online procedure to get transcripts from the University?

Don't look for a shortcut, you'll end up wasting your time. As far I know, there is no such provision by the University of Delhi to apply for a transcript via online mode. Not sure if there is any special portal to serve during the lockdown. But I don't think it is so. But I guess there is a way, you may send your application through post to the university office.(please verify before being blind on me). I applied for a transcript in SC (south campus) and NC (north campus) both, around December 2019. So, I'll try to write in short a few things. First, be clear if you fall under the north campus or south campus. For the north campus, service is a bit smoother than the way they work in the south campus. In case of the north campus, one needs to carry a payment slip, ID card, marksheet printout, and syllabus copy. First, submit a transcript fee (1000 INR) online (try to get extra copies, it cost 100 INR per copies). You will get a form (or can download) at the window (don't remember window number, you may ask there or take help from Google search). Fill and submit the form, payslip, and mark sheet. They do not generally ask for syllabus copy. Show your ID card for verification. And then collect your transcript after 1520 days. In case of the south campus, take all the documents mentioned above as they need all. Submit the form, documents, and keep waiting. If you are lucky enough, you'll get on time. Do apply for an extra copy of the transcript here, as unlike NC, they don't offer a chance to verify the document before sealing in the envelope. If you can't be physically present to apply for, I guess you may ask your parents or friend to do so on your behalf by providing a letter to them. I'm not sure if this works but this should, as many parents visit there to apply for. I hope it helps. Thanks.
