My university from home refused to send my transcripts to WES?
My university from home refused to send my transcripts to WES directly or give it to my representative. I live in Canada currently and would like to apply for college. Legally I cannot go back home. What solution do I have? The usual reason for not releasing trasnscripts is that you havent paid your bills. Have you paid your bills? If not, then pay them If you have, and you can provie it, show proof to WES and get theri agreeement to accept a non-official report of your grades. And why, legally, can you not go home? Perhaps you need to clear up those legal issues as well.
