My WES reference number is not written by university on the sealed?
Absolutely!! You only need to metion it on the envelope you send to WES, not on every piece of document in the envelope. Why - because the WES reference number is for you and WES to identify your application and not for your university. The only check WES does is that the transcripts received by them are sealed without any tampering. Hope this helps.
