If I were in your situation as Im sure many students are, I would still try to get information from the universities in which I was interested. Remember, this is a unique situation and universities are having the same problem as you do. They will most likely develop some optional methods of determining which applicants to admit. Be aware of how the universities you are considering are modifying their admissions process (if they are), and act accordingly. I know this advice isnt greatly informative , but I was a university administrator during my career and I can imagine the problems they are going through at this time. Good luck.
