Unfortunately punjabi university doesn't have a dept to handle these requests online. Get hold of a current student or your prof who will connect you to someone (pbly a research scholar under him or her) for this task. He/she will have to get a form for you, you fill scan and email it back along with a fee of 100 USD ~7000 INR. The fee needs to be deposited in univ bank cash counter. You will get two copies of transcripts one to canada and other to india address but will take up to a month.
