Say someone did not finish high school.?
Most colleges require a high school transcript if you graduated less than about 810 years ago. If it was longer than that, most colleges dont care. Community colleges generally want the high school transcript for placement purposes, but if its been too many year, people tend to forget the material and they have to start over again.
