Should I open the college transcripts envelope to insert the attested?
The envelope containing the transcripts is supposed to be sealed and signed by university. Please do not open the envelope. Secondly, officials transcripts contain the list of all the subjects (you have studied in all the years during that degree program) along with their marks. So, it would be redundant to send attested university marksheets. This is why WES never asks for attested university marksheets. WES only requires official transcripts. Thirdly, you would be required to send clear and legible copy of your degree. You are not required to get it attested. For this just get a clear photocopy of your degree and write down your WES correspondence number on the top. And place it, along with the envelope of transcript, in a larger envelope. Mention your WES correspondence number on both the envelopes as well. This is the process that I followed and successfully got my WES evaluation done in little time.
