What are the chances of transferring into a top 25 university if you?
Shouldn't be a big problem for schools 11-25, say, as long as the rest of your app is in order. As you creep up higher and higher into the top 10 there are just more folks without that C vying for those few spots. Put another way, I'd say you still have a very good shot at getting into one of the top 25, just maybe not a specific one.
