What do admission officers do with the students transcripts and?
I believe that all of the information that is in the application folder for an admitted student who enrolls in the college, is then turned over to the Registrars office. The admissions office keeps no records after early August. The records of those that were rejected or admitted but did not enroll are destroyed.
