What exactly are transcripts?
Transcripts are official documents issued under your name by your university or college. They list a series of grades and credits that you have received every semester in your college or university along with the final CGPA and SGPA. Attested True Copies of transcripts are basically the same transcripts but they are put in envelopes and sealed. They are signed, stamped and sealed by the registrar or the controller of examinations at your university. Transcripts are issued by every university and college. Usually, they are issued when you request them for a copy for yourself or for some official purposes. Some colleges do charge a fee for issuing these documents. It varies from different colleges to universities.
