What if a university doesn't send transcripts directly to WES Canada?
Most of the University can refuse to send, So you cannot do any thing as the administration do not allow. In this case, Collect the transcripts from University which they will be giving you in a sealed envelope and then insert that sealed envelope in Another envelope which you have bought. Put your university Address and WES Address and go to near by Indian Post office and send by registered post. (If the post office person ask why the university name is there, Explain him that university not sending directly so you have do this process).
