ECA process is generally same for all the university. There is change in ECA process by WES since Dec-18 so you have to follow below stops. Create account of WES website. Enter all educational details and pay fees. Download application form (Maharaja Sayajiro University has its own forom) and give to university. University will send transcript to WES along with your reference number. If WES website doesnt show any progress once you submit documents, Follow up with your university.
