What is the process to get degree transcripts from Shivaji?
I was quite anxious because soon after my application, the 2nd wave of the pandemic began. Initially I was a little lost because it was 2 weeks past the one month waiting period, but after getting connected to our case managers Prisha and Aarav, I felt a lot better as they kept assuring me at every step. There was a huge delay but it was mostly because of the university being closed due to the lockdown. I am happy with the way my case managers have handled my anxious questions. My only complaint is that their website should give a more detailed status. When they mentioned status, i was expecting a more comprehensive status update. But the status has only 2 updates.. Processing and completed. In my case, the dalay was from the university's end. It would have been a lot more helpful if the status had mentioned that university is processing the application.. And some notes informing us with the reason for delay would really help.. Clients pay huge sums for this.. If there are delays, they are bound to get anxious and lash out..
