Your question is a bit incomplete in explaination. Wes requires transcript issued by college and degree certificate (not original but attested) These are to be sent from the office of controller of examinations Or registrar's office. These documents can't be sent by you. The joints of envelop should be sealed , stamped or signed by controller of examinations or registrar. There should be WES reference number on the envelope.
