When applying for a university in a different state, is my high?
If you are currently in high school and working with your guidance counselor on the college process, your high school will send your transcript to any state in the US for you. Coming directly from the high school means it is official. If you are no longer in high school, but are applying as an adult, you definitely need to contact the school. They will locate your transcript in the archives. In this case, I think you attach the transcript to your application package, based on what I did a few years ago to apply to grad school. As always, just ask.
