When do I send my official physical transcripts to the University of?
Typically, you should send them as soon as you apply, so that they can easily link all your documents and make one file and process your application for admission. They won't make a decision without your letter of recommendation etc but they wont wait for an eternity for you to complete your paperwork. I sent mine within a of week after I applied online.
