Will WES recognize a transcript envelope without a 'WES reference?
Hi, You have to create account with WES and then you will get on Reference number from there. That number you have to mentioned from you have to mentioned on all envelope while sending it to WES. You can request your university to put the number or else you can mentioned that number on each and every envelope.
