Are there any scholarships that will help pay off a school bill?

I dont know of any such scholarships. It may be possible to take student loans retroactively, but AFAIK that is not possible with federal loans. You could reach out to private lenders (banks). Of course, you could take a personal loan (if you qualify), but those tend to have very high interest rates. I would not take a credit card loan; they charge absurd interest rates. One option is to discuss a payment plan with your prior university. Sometimes, once you demonstrated a willingness to make regular payments, they start to be wiling to talk about transcripts. Im not sure Id lead the discussion with that, though. Id just arrange a payment plan, start paying it off, and then follow up a few months later.
