You can provide a French transcript to almost all universities in Canada. French is an official language and thus universities for the most accept French transcripts. I know that UofT, York U, Mc Master U, Queen U, Victoria U, U of O, McGill, Concordia U all accept French transcript so what you have left for the French universities in Quebec are UDM (Universit de Montral), UQAM (Universit du Qubec a Montral), Sherbrooke (with Satellite campus in Longueuil), Laval (Quebec City with satellite campus in Montral) and Im certain Im forgetting one but you got the point already :).
