Which educational credential assessment organisation does not require?
Generally, none. All assessment organizations that are members of the Alliance of Credential Evaluation Services of Canada require some kind of verification of academic documents, whether that be by receipt of official transcripts directly from the issuing institution, or a positive response to a verification request they send to the institution. Copies sent by the applicant alone are generally not acceptable in place of verified documents, since basing an assessment on unverified documents compromises the integrity of the assessment. Some countries have online verification services or third-party verification bodies (e.g. HEC of Pakistan, CDGDC of China) that can be accepted instead of official transcripts. Where such alternate verification methods are available, official transcripts might not be necessary. The only exception allowed is for those in refugee-like situations, where circumstances make it impossible for an applicants documentation to be verified.
